Our members are the heart of the Fate Fire Department. Fate firefighters are motivated and dedicated professionals striving to reach our goal...to protect lives and property in Fate and Rockwall County. Each member of the Fate FD is trained in fire suppression and basic first aid skills.
Several members are also certified as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's), who can provide Basic Life Support (BLS) or Paramedics who can provide Advanced Life Support (ALS). They attend to the sick and injured before an ambulance arrives for transport. The hundreds of hours our members spend training provides the best possible service to our community.
